This ever happened to you??

I'm done with my day (or at least I'm at a stopping point) and am flipping through the TV line-up, and, hey, there's an episode of MASH on - yea! I turn it on and it's one of my least favorite episodes, Comrades in Arms. I think this happened three times this week. This ever happened to you?? (Not necessarily with this episode, but one of your least favorites or disliked)

Nope, because I usually check the cable listings in advance to see what episodes are going to be airing, and if they're ones I don't like, then I just don't watch. Likewise, if I'm watching on DVD, I just skip the episodes I dislike.

However, I HAVE been having a problem this week: Nickelodeon was supposed to be airing new episodes of ALVINNN!!! AND THE CHIPMUNKS (I'm a big Chipmunks fan), but everytime I've tuned in according to the schedule, another show called THE LOUD HOUSE has been on instead; Nick has become really notorious for unreliable and inconsistent scheduling, and this isn't the first time different shows were on when new episodes of ALVINNN were supposed to be airing.

Nope....

Not since I've got all 11 seasons on DVD.

It happened again...

...flipped channels again, saw from the listings the episode was "Our Finest Hour." I was safe. Turned it to the episode - Margaret and Hawkeye are screaming at the artillery in the hut and start kissing each other. Geez, I can't get away from that episode!

That's funny! Although I guess I don't hate that episode. Certainly it's not my favorite, but I do enjoy the humanness they both display in "Comrades in Arms." I'd rather watch "Comrades" than "Our Finest Hour," frankly...why not just put on the whole episodes? And isn't "Our Finest Hour" the one with the lost master reel, with the grainy quality throughout?

I figure most of us have an episode or two we just can't stand - "Comrades" is one of mine. I was just curious if you all had run into a time when you can't get away from your most disliked episode?
Yes, "Our Finest Hour" is the grainy one. I think on the DVD set I have there is some explanation that the masters of the episode were destroyed and all they had was a version of the syndicated episode.
