"Whose Life Is It Anyway?"

"Ken Harrison, a sculptor, lies paralyzed from the neck down as a result of a car accident. His injuries are stabilized but he requires 24 hour nursing to keep him alive. A man of intelligence and wit, Ken instructs a solicitor to argue for his release from hospital - to his certain death. He makes friends with some of the staff who later support him when he goes to trial to be allowed to die."
