Dear Mom,

Hi! How are you? I'm ok here, still very busy with work though. I'll catch you up on what's been going on lately. Well, Maj. Burns just got sent stateside with a promotion to Lt. Col. Hawkeye still can't believe it! In fact no one can! The doctor that took Burns's place is a Maj. Charles Winchester, he's a very good doctor, but I think he could be somewhat nicer, if he tried really hard.

B.J. just informed everyone in camp that his daughter Erin just started a program that's sorta a preschool, but not really, it's just a place for her to make friends.

Col. Potter, just celebrated his first anniversary since I gave him his horse Sophie.

Maj. Houlihan is about the same, however she did think she was pregnant a few weeks ago.

Corp. Klinger, just got a really pretty new sweater to add to "The Klinger Collection", it is white with little purple flowers on it.

Father Mulcahy is very much the same.

Now for me mom! I have something very important to tell you. I've fallen in love over here in Korea. Her name is Kim Le. I've met her about eight months ago, but didn't wanna tell until I was sure that I was in love with her. Well, I am Ma and I'm going to ask her to marry me. Except that I want to wait till I get home to have the ceremony. I want you there. Well, I have my special date with Kim Le tonight and I don't wanna be late. Wish me luck Mom!

Later that evening.

"Oh Walter! Of course I'll marry you, I've been waiting for you to ask me!" Kim Le threw her arms around Radar.

"You......you will?" Radar said extremely excited.

"I said yes didn't I?" She smiled at him.

"Yipppeeeeeeeee!!!" Radar garbed her and planted one on her.

The next day.

Col. Potter walks into Radar's office.

"Hi Col!" Radar said with a big smile on his face.

"Hiya Radar, you sure do seem to be in the pink today!" Col. Potter stated.

"Yeah well Col. I have something to tell you but I need everyone in here first. Would you mind rounding them up for me Sir?"

"Well, sure Radar, but couldn't you just call them over the P.A.?"

"Oh yeah! Forgot about that." Radar smiled shyly. He turned on the P.A., blew in the microphone, and said "Attention, will Cap'n Pierce, Cap'n Hunnicutt, Corp. Klinger, Maj. Houlihan, Maj. Winchester, and Father Mulcahy please report to Col. Potters office?"

In Potter's office about ten minutes later.

"Everyone Radar here say's he has somethin to share, but he said he couldn't say anything till we were all here. Go ahead Radar." Col. Potter said.

"Thanks Col. Sir. Well, everyone I have a little bomb to drop on all of you. You see last night me and Kim Le were out on a walk and I asked her......." Radar was cut off.

"Wait a sec Radar are you sure you should be sharing this with us?" Hawkeye joked.

"Oh Pierce! Shut-up!" Margaret snapped.

"My thoughts exactly. Finish what you have to say Radar." Col. Potter said.

"I asked her to marry me, and she said YES!!" Radar concluded.

Everyone congratulated him, and flooded him with questions, even Charles was interested in Radar getting married.

A few months later.

"Radar I have something to tell you." Potter stepped out of his office and came over to him.

"Something wrong Sir?" Radar asked confused.

"Well, son..........I just got word that.....Radar your Uncle Ed just past away and you are going home on a heartship discharge."

A week later.

"Kim Le don't cry." Radar held her. "I know you can't come home with me now but don't worry I'll send for you later."

"What if you don't send for me? What if you forget about me? Why won't the army let me come with you?" Kim Le cried.

"I will send for you. How could I forget about you, you're gonna be my wife for petes sake! The Army is stupid. The minute I get home, I'll send for you I promise."

"Walter do you really love me?"

Radar said without hesitation "Yes, I love you Kim Le."

"Lets get married the minute I get to our new home!" Kim Le said.

"Well, I was hoping we could wait until the war is over, so all my friends from here could come, and your family."

"Walter that's sounds really nice. I hope the war ends soon."

"Me too."

"Walter.....Walter......Wal...."

"What! What!" Radar jumped up from his bed.

"Walter I've been standing here for five minutes trying to wake you up. Now come on, dinner's ready."

"Oh I'm sorry Kim Le I was having a dream about when I asked you to marry me, and when the army wouldn't let you come with me. Ya see I did send for you." Radar smiled as he went to hug his wife. "I love you very much."

"I know you do, I love you too, now come on dinner's getting cold!" Kim Le said as she put her hands on her hips.

"Ok I'm coming."
